HOW TO ENTER
You may enter by phone, fax or mail at the numbers and address listed below. Internet and email entries will not be accepted. Raffle tickets are $50 each. You may purchase as many tickets as you like. Only one name will appear on each ticket. Please, no international orders or international credit cards. Please note, the IRS does not allow money spent on raffle tickets to be tax deductible contributions. Proceeds from this raffle benefit Ocean Voyages Institute/Project Kaisei.
